NB! Before attempting to unlock your phone, make sure your phone is fully charged

• Make Sure you are connected to the internet
• Open Total Multi-Server client and enter your login and password that we emailed to you.
• Press the info button, this will update the Multiserver Software to the latest version.
• Open Total Multi-Server client again and enter your login and password again.
• Power Off phone and remove sim card.
• Connect unlocking cable. USB cable users be sure to have installed the drivers correctly, installation guide & downloads here.
• Serial cable users, do not need drivers
• Follow the steps below

Note: If your phone is not detected after pressing power on, uncheck the "DTR" & "RTS" boxes (Pictured Below) and repeat the process.

This walkthrough is based on debranding a K750i, and should be used as a guide

STEP 1. Downloading the required flash files

Press the "Download Area" button and download the correct firmware for your phone model.

NOTE: T610/T630/t68i/z600 users should download the GDFS file (full decusomisation) and use the GDFS menu to debrand their phone (no need for 2 files)

STEP 2. Downloading the required Language files

Download the coresponding language file for your model. Once you have downloaded this, press exit button to return to the main screen

Step 3. Setting up software and executing the debrand

Follow the steps in this picture below to complete the debranding process

First, make sure you have downloaded the correct drivers for your USB cable

Setting up the USB cable

• Unzip the drivers to a folder on your desktop

• Connect the cable

• Windows will want drivers

• Manually point windows to the folder on the desk top

• Windows will install the drivers (select continue anyway at the prompt)

• If windows does not ask Right click the MyComputer icon on your desktop and select properties

• Select hardware

• Select device manager

• Look for anything with a yellow question mark or exclamation mark

• If you do not have one then windows has indeed installed the cable and you can find the correct com port number for your cable under the ports area of device manager

• If you do have a yellow question mark or exclamation mark, then double click it

• Select driver

• Select update driver

• Manually select the driver by browsing to the folder on your desktop

• Once all question marks are gone then goto the ports area on device manager and find the newly assigned com port number

• This com port number needs to be selected when you run the multiserver software
