To turn the video archives "avi or mpg" to 3gp format, use software Pvauthor. Demo version of PvAuthor 3,3,1 at http://www.packetvideo.com/. Also you can do it by emulateing, I leave the connection for them here: ed2k://|file|Pvauthor.Pvplayer.3gp

Open PvAuthor, select "Cases out" and indicate where the "file" to be turned video are.

Select "Enconding" > "Bandwidth" > "Custon bitrate" > "150000" for archives with good quality, or 100000 if you want it to compress to the maximum.

Select "Codec" > "Audio & Video>AAC-32 kbps,22,05 khz, stereo". "Codec - PV MP4" "Video Size - 176 x 144"

Select "Codec Settings" > "Framerate - Maximum12,50" . Select the squares "Enable random positioning" > "Allow video-only playback if the device is unable to play audio" > "Improve enconde quality ".

Press "Output", and select the folder you want the new file saved . Press "Aceptar">"Start".
