What is an IMEI number?
IMEI (International
Mobile Equipment Identity) is the unique 15-digit serial number of
your mobile phone. You can read your IMEI number by pressing
*#06# on the keyboard of your mobile phone or you can read it on
a sticker under the battery.
What will happen if
the phone remains locked?
If your phone is
not stolen/barred, technically there is no such possibility. If you
give us the correct information about your phone or if you follow
our instructions appropriately then you will be supplied with the
appropriate unlock codes or logs which will unlock your phone with
100% success. If in such rare case it does not work we will refund
you.

Yes, it is 100% legal
to unlock your phone. If in doubt please consult your country's laws.
Of course it is illegal to steal phones; we are referring to those
barred phones which were blocked (not locked) by all networks due to
being reported lost or stolen.
